BROOKLYN - Two arrests have been made in connection to a fatal shooting in East New York last December.
Police say Ajuul Manwaring and Shaquille Escalaona shot 19-year-old Aaron Parkinson.
As News 12 previously reported, Parkinson was in the back of a livery cab opposite 29 McClancy Place with an 18-year-old when they were both shot.
