Arrest made in murder of Midwood liquor store clerk

BROOKLYN - ? Brooklyn resident Eion Klass, 33, has been arrested in connection with the murder of Yoseph Robinson last week.

Authorities say Klass fatally shot Robinson during a robbery at MB Vineyards last week. Officials say Robinson was shot in the chest and arm as he tried to protect his girlfriend.

Klass is facing charges of first-degree murder, second-degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon. He has also been convicted previously of attempted murder in 1998 and has been out on parole since 2009.
