Arrest made in shooting of Williamsburg rabbi's son

WILLIAMSBURG - Police have arrested a man they say shot the son of a rabbi in Williamsburg this month.

Jaquan Vaughn, 22, is accused of shooting 25-year-old Baruch Halberstam in the stomach in front of his Driggs Avenue home on Aug. 10.

Halberstam is expected to survive his injuries.
