BROOKLYN - A local artist is hitting the streets of Brooklyn for inspiration on her next project.

Jennifer Maravillas is planning to walk every block in the borough to create a map of the area using the unique things she finds. She says she's mostly collecting trash and looking for items that have different languages written on them.

The creative trek will span 71 square miles.
