BENSONHURST - Teenagers are regularly disturbing the peace at shops in Bensonhurst, according to a group of predominantly Asian business owners.

The shopkeepers allege that the teens have been stealing, vandalizing the shops and taunting customers for weeks.

Groups enter the businesses between 8 and 10 a.m. or 2 and 4 p.m., according to merchants.

Shop owners have turned over surveillance video to the police as part of the ongoing investigation. They are asking other victims to come forward.
