Business owners say video surveillance on 91st Street captures a group of men lighting a black garbage bag on fire.

BROOKLYN - The ASPCA has determined that five dogs found burned in Canarsie last week were dead before being set on fire.

Surveillance video captured a group of men setting flames to a black garbage bag on 91st Street containing the bodies of one adult female pit bull and four puppies.

According to the ASPCA, the adult dog died because a plastic object was blocked in her intestines. It says she died before going into labor and that the puppies died when she did.
