BROOKLYN - The ASPCA says that seven pit bulls involved in a Brooklyn dog fighting ring are recovering from their injuries.

Police discovered the dogs at a home on Thomas Boyland Street in Brownsville during a drugs and weapons search.

The ASPCA says during the search, fighting paraphernalia was also found.

Some of the dogs have already been placed in loving homes, and others are still available for adoption.
