BED-STUY - The ASPCA emergency shelter opened up after Sandy tore through the borough is now trying to reunite the animals with their rightful owners.

The shelter opened up in Bed-Stuy to give those affected by Sandy time to get back on their feet without having to worry about their pets.

The shelter has started to reunite pets and owners so that it can close up shop.
