Officials to kick off next phase of Atlantic Yards project BROOKLYN - Progress is being made on a highly anticipated Atlantic Yards housing project.
Developer Bruce Ratner says that a 32-story residential building across from the Barclays Center, at Dean Street and Flatbush Avenue, will be completed in June 2014.
Half of the building's 363 units will be set aside for low and middle-income residents.
Ratner first broke ground on the residential leg of the massive development project in December.
