MIDWOOD - Commuters in Midwood are excited to see the B and Q subway lines return to the Avenue H and Avenue M stations after almost a year of no service.

The two lines were shut down almost a year ago due to a major rehabilitation project.

The B trains are only running locally now, but MTA officials say express service should return by early October.
