BROOKLYN - Local bars and restaurants were filled with Irish celebrations Monday night across Brooklyn.

News 12 Brooklyn was at the Long Star Bar and Grill where customers showed off their green spirit and enjoyed some traditional Irish meals. And don’t forget about the Guinness.

The bars owner says customers enjoyed free food and Irish music until late in the evening.
