BAY RIDGE - A Bay Ridge business owner is offering free water to help locals beat the summer heat. John Keegan, owner of a cappuccino cafe and greenhouse, has put out a water cooler filled with lemons and limes. Keegan says he has quenched the community's thirst for several years and is encouraging other restaurants to follow suit.
