BROOKLYN - Dozens came out to Bay Ridge Saturday in remembrance of a beloved woman in the neighborhood who died of cancer seven years ago.
The corner of 90th Street and Third Avenue will now be known as Patrice T. C. Capo Memorial Way. Capo, of Bay Ridge, fed firefighters at Ground Zero after 9/11.
Capo passed away in 2009 from cancer at the age of 52.
She also dedicated her time by volunteering with the Boy Scouts and local Jewish center.
