BAY RIDGE - A Bay Ridge home located on the same block where "Saturday Night Fever" was filmed has become what neighbors call a "house of horrors."

A woman who lives next door to the dilapidated home says the property has been neglected for 20 years. She says there are holes in the roof and part of the second floor has collapsed. In addition, she says when it rains, the home and the backyard fill up with water, creating a breeding ground for mosquitoes. The neighbor also complains that there are raccoons living on the property.

According to the neighbor, the owner of the property is up-to-date on paying property taxes, but claims he won't sell the home because he would have to give half of the money to his ex-wife.
