BROOKLYN - A Bay Ridge pub celebrated St. Patrick's Day Friday with some traditional Irish music.

The Wicked Monk usually features live music on Sundays, but its owner says it has been having live performances every night this week in honor of the holiday.

Police officers were stationed outside to ensure an orderly crowd.

The pub's owner says the establishment was made from parts of an old Irish church that was marked for demolition. It's now lit up with green accents to add to the festive ambiance.
