BROOKLYN - A Bed-Stuy family is desperately searching for their missing teenage daughter.

According to police, 18-year-old Brittany Bey hasn't been seen since leaving her Halsey Street home to hang out with friends last Wednesday.

Bey's mother says she received a text message three days later from someone else's phone telling her that her daughter was on her way, but she never showed up.

A missing persons report was filed on Monday.
