Bensonhurst students hand-deliver college applications, hold pep rally to celebrate

High school seniors at NYC Outward Bound school in Bensonhurst marched their completed college applications to the mail carrier today to hand-deliver their forms.

BENSONHURST - High school seniors at NYC Outward Bound school in Bensonhurst marched their completed college applications to the mail carrier today to hand-deliver their forms.

After the march, the school celebrated with a pep rally. Students carried banners and cheered on the seniors as they brought their applications to a mail truck.

It officially marked the completion of the college application process for the students, and ushered in a time for celebration. The school does this every year to congratulate the seniors and to encourage other students to apply to college.
