BED-STUY -

Hundreds of Berkeley College students and staff members did their part to help those in need by stocking food pantries across Brooklyn.

The effort was all part of the college's 'community Service Day.' The team spread its help to six locations, including St. John's Bread and Life pantry in Bed-Stuy. Participants helped gather food and supplies for victims of Super Storm Sandy. They say it's great to give back to people in the area.

This is the fifth annual 'Community Service Day.'
