PROSPECT HEIGHTS - A 90-year-old Brooklyn artist is debuting her first art show in Prospect Heights.

Dorothy Krakovsky has been painting since she was 38 years old and now has her paintings displayed in an art gallery for the first time in her career. 

"I'm the most fortunate person alive to be able now at this age to come to fruition and to want to go further with it," says Krakovsky.

Eight of Krakovsky's paintings can be seen at the Soapbox Gallery in Prospect Heights through March 9.
