BROOKLYN - A chocolate factory in Bushwick is making a big splash in Brooklyn.

At Fine and Raw, chocolate treats are turned, churned and grinded from cocoa shells provided by farmers from Ghana, Madagascar and Columbia, according to owner Daniel Sklaar.

Sklaar says he is committed to chemical-free chocolate. He says one of his best sellers is the raw dark chocolate with sea salt bar.

"When something is raw, it maintains the vibrancy and the aliveness of the natural food," says chocolatier Steve Weinstein.

The factory is located at 288 Segel St.
