BROOKLYN - The Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir has been chosen to sing at President Barack Obama's inauguration.

The choir's 112 sopranos, 102 altos and 75 tenors had one last rehearsal before they board six buses to the nation's capital on Saturday for the 57th inauguration next week.

Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) is chairman of the ceremony and a native of Brooklyn. He helped secure the group's selection and says he's proud to show off some of the borough's talent.
