BROOKLYN - Brooklyn commuters will soon have another travel option.

A new ferry service will launch in the middle of this month, providing year-round service along the East River.

There will be a stop in Greenpoint, two in Williamsburg, and two at Brooklyn Bridge Park. Commuters will be able to take the boats to Queens, midtown Manhattan, Wall Street and Governors Island.

New York Waterway will launch its ferries sometime this month.
