BEDFORD-STUYVESANT - Two Brooklyn assistant principals who visited Haiti following the devastating earthquake that left hundreds of thousands dead have decided to adopt three of the country's orphans.

Henry Renelus, who was born and raised in Haiti, and his wife have adopted his 5-year-old godson and the boy's 16-year-old brother. Regina Tottenham and her husband adopted a 3-year-old girl.

Renelus and Tottenham plan to continue helping residents of the quake-torn country through a nonprofit organization.
