BK flower bandit caught on tape

BROOKLYN - A man whom residents claim has been stealing flowers from businesses and homes appears to have finally been caught in action on a security camera.

As News12 Brooklyn reported yesterday, business owners and residents on Saint Mary's Avenue say their flowers and flower pots are being stolen at night.

Allison Debelloite says he set up the security camera outside his home after viewing the story. The camera caught a man on a bike as he appears to ride up, bag plants from the home and flee.

Police say they are investigating the incident.
