BROOKLYN - Community board leaders are asking the city to re-examine excessive helicopter traffic in Brooklyn.

Residents say unregulated tourist helicopter flights can get too close to buildings, causing vibrations and setting off car alarms.

Senator Daniel Squadron and other lawmakers say they want a different flight traffic pattern and more enforcement for helicopters flying over Brooklyn Heights.
