BROOKLYN - Several Brooklyn community leaders are outraged over a Brooklyn judge being nominated to the state's highest court.Governor Spitzer (D-NY) nominated Justice Theodore Jones for the State Court of Appeals last week. City Councilman Charles Barron (D-Brooklyn) said the move was a bad idea and called Jones a "union buster."
