WILLIAMSBURG - A Brooklyn man accused of throwing bleach at a Williamsburg rabbi has been indicted.

Milech Schnitzler, 37, was indicted on five counts, including attempted assault and criminal possession of a weapon. Schitzler allegedly threw a cup of bleach in the Rabbi Nathan Rosenbergh's face on Dec. 11. The district attorney says Rosenberg was targeted because he publicizes claims of child sexual abuse in the ultra-Orthodox Jewish community.

If convicted, Schnitzler faces up to 15 years in prison.
