BK native leads Manhattan baseball to MAAC win

BROOKLYN - A Brooklyn native is celebrating after helping lead Manhattan College to its second consecutive MAAC championship for baseball.

Xaverian High School alum Matt Troisi will hit the road with the Jaspers to play back-to-back defending national champs South Carolina in the NCAA double elimination tournament.

Troisi batted 296 in 39 games for Manhattan this season.
