PROSPECT HEIGHTS - As another winter storm approaches the city, some Brooklyn residents say they?re concerned about garbage from before last week?s blizzard.

Sanitation crews resumed garbage pickups this past Monday following the debilitating storm , but residents say their garbage is still piling up on the streets.

Residents on St. Mark's Avenue in Prospect Heights say they haven't even seen a garbage truck since before last week's blizzard. With a new storm looming, they say they are worried that the trash will be sticking around even longer.
