BROOKLYN - Brooklyn residents are gearing up for the massive snowstorm expected tonight into Saturday morning.

Residents are hitting hardware stores across the borough in a last ditch attempt to acquire shovels, salt and any other necessary supplies.

Many people have told News 12 that they have the situations following Superstorm Sandy in the back of their mind. For this current storm, everyone is trying their best to be as prepared as possible.
