BROOKLYN - Many Brooklyn residents said they were breathing a sigh of relief tonight after the latest snowstorm proved less devastating than the Christmas weekend blizzard.

Residents said they were starting to get used to having to dig their cars out of the snow, but that it was much easier this time around. In Midwood, many agreed and said they were enjoying the winter weather.

Other residents said snow-cleanup crews did a good job and noticed plows moving up and down Bay Parkway throughout the night.
