BK restaurateur beats Bobby Flay in chicken-wing challenge

BROOKLYN - A Brooklyn restaurateur beat out an award-winning chef during a chicken-wing challenge.

Super Wings owner Colette Burnett faced off against famed chef Bobby Flay, beating him with her unique Trinidadian-flavored wings. She says she was contacted by the Food Network for the challenge after a Brooklyn wing competition last February.

The former banker says she and her team came up with their original chicken wing flavors. Burnett says they've had so many customers that she's in the process of hiring more employees.
