BK school worker accused of forcible touching due in court

BROOKLYN - A Brooklyn school worker accused of inappropriately touching a student is expected to appear in court today.

Police say 34-year-old Frank Ocasio inappropriately touched an 18-year-old female student last month at the Cobble Hill High School of American Studies.

According to the Department of Education (DOE), Ocasio worked as a community assistant since March of last year and worked as a school aide the year before that. He is currently suspended without pay.
