BEDFORD-STUYVESANT - A Bed-Stuy woman was arraigned yesterday after allegedly murdering her son this past Friday. According to court documents, Tenika Revell called police to report she had killed 7-year-old Bernard Revell after taking some pills. She apparently hit him in the head with a hammer, choked him and then strapped a belt around his neck.
