BROOKLYN - A blogger has taken credit for swapping two flags on the Brooklyn Bridge.

"The Reverend Bud Green" says it was members of the new pot party that put up white flags on the historic landmark where American flags typically fly.

The blogger claims the flags symbolize the need for the "new pledge of no allegiance."

Authorities say they’ve increased security on all the city's bridges since the flag switch was noticed on July 22. They believe four or five people are responsible for carrying out the stunt, but so far there is no word on any arrests.
