A Brooklyn teenager who police say was spray painting graffiti on the N line had his leg severed at the knee when he was hit

BROOKLYN - A Brooklyn teenager who police say was spray painting graffiti on the N line had his leg severed at the knee when he was hit by a train.

Authorities say the 16-year-old boy was walking on the tracks near the Kings Highway station when he was struck.

He was taken to Lutheran Medical Center in critical condition.
