BROOKLYN - Police are on a manhunt for an armed suspect who they say has robbed a dozen businesses in Brooklyn.

According to investigators, the search began last month when the man robbed two ice cream shops. Since then, they say he's struck another 10 places in different parts of the borough, including Subway restaurants, a cleaner and a movie theater.

Authorities have released surveillance video of the man, who is described as black, in his 40s and almost 6 feet tall. They say that in every case, he pulls out a gun and demands money, but fortunately no one has been hurt.

Anyone with information should call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
