Bridal shop vandalized in Sheepshead Bay

SHEEPSHEAD BAY - Monica's Bridal Shop in Sheepshead Bay was vandalized early Monday morning, and the owners say they have surveillance video of the suspect, which they've turned over to police.

In the surveillance video, a man can be seen vandalizing light fixtures on the front of the bridal shop, and owner David Nikchemny says three of their lights were destroyed. Nikchemny says the store has been open for 35 years and he's disgusted that someone would vandalize it.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
