BROOKLYN - Brooklyn bishops are visiting Catholic schools around the borough to thank teachers, students and parents for their hard work.

Students at Our Lady of Guadalupe School say it was surprising to meet Auxiliary Bishop Raymond Chappetto at their school. One student says he is role model and inspires them to strengthen their faith.

The rounds are part of Catholic Week, which began 40 years ago as a way to acknowledge the work being done in the schools.

The theme of this year's Catholic Week is faith, knowledge and service.
