BROOKLYN - A Brooklyn child is back in foster care after allegedly being kidnapped by her mother Tuesday. According to police, Deneen Peterkin, 41, was visiting her daughter, Egypt Lewis, at an ACS office on Montague Street. Officials say when the ACS worker who was monitoring the visit walked out of the room, Peterkin took off with Egypt. Officials say Peterkin lost custody of her daughter in June after a nervous breakdown.Related Information:
