BROOKLYN - Kings County District Attorney Charles Hynes has launched a contest to tackle bullying in borough schools. Hynes is encouraging all students from fourth to ninth grade to submit a video on the issue. Students Jeremiah Hyde and Nairan St. Phard rapped their way to victory in 2010. The winner will serve as district attorney for a day, attend meetings and run conferences.
