Police are searching for a man they say shot and killed a Brooklyn father while he was working at his deli in Queens Saturday night.Officials

BROOKLYN - Police are searching for a man they say shot and killed a Brooklyn father while he was working at his deli in Queens Saturday night.

Officials say an armed robber walked into Lucky Grocery Store before 10 p.m. and shot 54-year-old Juan Torres, of Cypress Hills, in the head. Family members say he was trying to protect his brother.

According to police, the suspect is described as a black man between 40 and 45 years old. He is approximately 6 feet, 2 inches tall and weighs 200 pounds.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
