Heavy rains yet again pounded Brooklyn and the rest of the city Tuesday.

The torrential storm caused flooding on the Belt Parkway, shutting down the eastbound ramp at Flatbush Avenue.

The storm pushed the city's rain total over the previous March record of 10.54 inches.
