BROOKLYN - A Brooklyn entrepreneur is donating 1 percent of the proceeds of his new company to a youth organization.

Angel Lopez, owner of Novato Sports Apparel, will donate the proceeds to Opportunities for a Better Tomorrow (OBT).

OBT helps disconnected youth, called trainees, get their GEDs and find jobs.

Lopez is an alumnus of the program.
