The family of a Brooklyn woman who died during the Christmas-weekend blizzard is filing a $20 million lawsuit against the city, alleging negligence and wrongful

BROOKLYN - The family of a Brooklyn woman who died during the Christmas-weekend blizzard is filing a $20 million lawsuit against the city, alleging negligence and wrongful death.

The lawyer for Claire Reed's family says she died after waiting for more than an hour for emergency responders to arrive after she began having chest pains.

A city spokesperson has called the situation tragic and says the city will review any legal papers they receive.
