CANARSIE - A quick round of snow left car windshields coated with ice Monday morning as bitter cold temperatures grip Brooklyn.

Wind chill values will make today's high of 27 feel more like 10 to 15 degrees, with wind gusts as high as 35 mph.

Another round of flurries is expected later this evening.
