Brooklyn Nets beautify Prospect Park

BROOKLYN - The newly formed Brooklyn Nets put a positive stamp on the community this week in more ways than one.Today, former basketball player Albert King and employee volunteers from both the Brooklyn Nets and National Grid participated in a Prospect Park beautification event. The landscaping and painting projects in the park capped off Brooklyn Nets Community Week.Earlier this week, the Nets hosted a day-long sports clinic at the YMCA in Park Slope for about 500 kids.
