BROOKLYN - The Brooklyn Nets’ superhero mascot, the BrooklyKnight, visited six schools Friday to help spread some holiday cheer.

Students at the schools were given an 8-foot Christmas tree, as well as decorations that included a Nets star tree-topper.

The BrooklyKnight and the students trimmed the tree together.

The tree was donated by Tyler's Trees.
