BROOKLYN - If you plan on traveling in and around the borough this weekend, there are some constructions projects on the roads and rails that could slow you down or change your plans.

The Brooklyn Bridge will be closed during the overnight hours, but will reopen at 7 a.m. for Manhattan-bound traffic. Drivers should expect delays and consider using the Manhattan or Williamsburg bridges as alternatives.

The prolonged suspension of alternate side parking rules continues citywide for the weekend due to the winter weather.

If taking mass transit, there will be no A trains running between the Jay Street-MetroTech and Utica Avenue stations, and no C trains between West 4th Street and Euclid Avenue. There will also be no 4 trains running, so straphangers will have to catch the No. 5 instead.
