BROOKLYN - UPDATE: Charges against all three teens were dropped after a grand jury refused to indict them.

A Brooklyn teen is one of three accused in the rape of a student at Mount Saint Mary's College in Newburgh.

Brooklyn resident Michael Curatola, 17, and two 18-year-old boys from Long Island are accused of attacking the student on campus.

The three teens are currently out on bail.
